What hapends in Chile in this last days?

Hi, Friends of Pathandgo Experience Patagonia, today we will make a blog a Little bit different tan the last contents we share with you, to try to show you from our point of wiew what´s going on in Chile and Patagonia, because in the news it looks a little bit shocking, but we still invites you to visit us and be the kind of traveler that takes more tan photos we invite to collect experiences, integrates with the local and knows this place in perspective.

An increase in the Price of the subway of Santiago (one of the best in south america), that motivates a high social anger, the increase wasn´t so high about CLP$30 (like 0,04 USD) caused a massive social call to skip the payment, sadly the situation starts to escalate until the protests become out of control and there where some violence situations. Later this added another social demands, this protests escalte to a national social movement. This was taken advantage of minority groups to become very violent.

The situation in Chile is becoming normal again, like its always be, but like we always said the self care is always very important.

The Natural beauties of Chile were not damaged, the national parks either and the infrastructure is returning to normality. We gladly see a lot of volunteers cleaning and restoring places that unfortunately where vandalized.

On Friday october 25 this movement makes massive peacefull protests all over Chile, being the biggest the one makes in Santiago with aproximetly 1.2 million people in a very nice and joyfull arround the Alameda avenue in Santiago.
